The da Vinci High School gives students the opportunity to take college classes at J.C.C.. Nick Welter graduated with his Associates Degree from J.C.C. along with his High School Diploma at the age of 17! Nick transferred to M.S.U. and is graduating with his Bachelors Degree at the age of 19. Students qualify for college classes by demonstrating a high degree of responsibility, and high school level mastery in the content area in which they are interested in through standardized testing, MEAP, progress in past or current courses, etc. Approximately 20% of our high school students are enrolled in a college class.
